One place that I check is the main Yahoo finance page under Features Markets: US/Canada/World
Clicking "World" gives you a running picture of all the main world stock markets. Right now they are all red. Sam

At that hour of the morning CNBC has a segment on the Asian markets.Also, as Sam indicates, Yahoo! and dailystocks.com have segments on the world markets.
