In my initial attempt to find some information about CRC...I found this link hrts-iba.org ...seems that a Wenden Baldwin of CRC was one of the Judges in this awards program

In reply to your comments:

>>>We feel that EDII is doing what it set out to do which is build a company through acquisitions.<<<<

True

>>>We feel that the companies that EDII have acquired all have strong medium to long term potential.<<<

Please amplify. The companies were up to their ears in debt as a result of their poor business vision, substandard strategic plan and lack of ability to execute. The only difference is Dror who has not demonstrated any turnaround skills in his past adventures.

>>>We are waiting for the financials.<<<

Ditto. And a company is not fully reporting until it fully reports.

>>>We also feel that, based on the fact that there are shells out there with a higher price, the current EDII price is very low.<<<

Their is no financial foundation for this comment. What is the right price for something of questionable value?

>>>>You must also turn a blind eye on the investors who have already invested cos they are going to be hurt severely.<<<<

The so-called "Bashers" were questioning the merits of EDII at 60 cents. Current investors who found the questions disconcerting were able to get out at that time, keeping them from loosing another 50% of their investment. At this time it appears the warning were right on, and those who were current investors benefited greatly.

What keeps bringing me back to this thread is the carefully manipulated hype still being posted. The "bashers" are simply questioning the authenticity of the remarks.

If you continue to believe it is the "bashers" driving this stock down, you are misleading yourself.

Good luck on your investments.
