There is at least one instance in SI where a member was sued by a company for posting damaging assertions like that. It's really easy to get into a negative mode where thinking any conspiracy theory is possible. Unless a person has a basis for such comments, it's important not to make categorical statements like that, plus doing so is clearly irresponsible.
