close. Warner/Avalon, a TBA Entertainment and Time Warner joint venture, produced the dynamic, two-hour Goodwill

of competition.

The Goodwill Games Closing Ceremony included live performances from the Broadway casts of the Sound of Music and
Chicago, along with Trisha Yearwood, Deborah Gibson, Louis Walden, Broadway Kids with Boys and Girls Clubs, Kimberly
Scott and the Umoja Youth Project and the Goodwill Games Dancers. Additional highlights from the show included remarks
by Hillary Clinton, Geraldine Ferraro, along with Gerald Levin, Chairman of Time Warner Inc., and R.E. "Ted" Turner, Vice
Chairman of Time Warner and founder of the Goodwill Games, along with a spectacular pyrotechnic display over the New
York harbor.

Warner/Avalon also produced the Goodwill Games Opening Celebration that was televised live on the TBS Superstation on
