JJBUCCI, I have read most of the posts and followed the links to his Napeage letter and TOKYO MEX thread. He is indeed pursuing this with vigor and the result could hurt today's trading. That is why I suggested GARY B become directly involved in this matter to put it to rest. Bob has a wider distribution channel and can cause damage. He is apparently unwilling to use restraint and considers this stock a scam. If the company does not take steps to refute this then we are all in trouble, price wise. I believe it is incumbent on the company or the company's representatives to contact Bob Davis and put this matter to rest. Otherwise, it will take on a tone of legitimacy. If that is the case then we have all been had. Kevin
