James, it matters. While I agree with you to a large extent that only the future matters to the stock See my post exchange2000.com at the bottom I think that we all need to understand something about the past to predict the future. Not hardcore TA, but I think everyone should understand the past, especially when it involves a $128.7million settlement to a company with 50.1 million shares. (That's $2 1/2 per share in cash for a $2 stock. ?) I think SpinShooter hit it on the numbers WHY Fonar is up to this, no point in repeating. I've been reading the tea leaves, and it looks like there may be a pre-rsna trend to run up for the stock. That might be the kicker for me. WebDrone (check out ASND today- should be interesting!)
