Siemens to Distribute HIE's Cloverleaf Worldwide

MARIETTA, Ga., Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Healthdyne Information Enterprises,
Inc. (Nasdaq: HDIE), an integration solutions company, has signed a contract
with Siemens Health Services (SHS) GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, for the worldwide
distribution of HIE's Cloverleaf(TM) interface engine.

"Siemens will use Cloverleaf as an integration hub and as a gateway to
healthcare software from vendors such as Cerner, SAP, and others. By
remarketing our software to their extensive customer base, Siemens further

benefit from this powerful technology to improve their workflow and manage

The new relationship further expands HIE's international reach, especially
