.....if any markets in europe or u.s. are down brazil goes down in sympathy

.......if anything happens negatively in asia brazil will be down

.......brazil is lumped in with all emerging markets as being high risk--with worry about elections, deval, and budget deficit etc.

.....we will have some time to add to our positions at a lower price
