TD, Thanks for sharing your ideas about market trends with us--quite a contrast to most of the optimistic "elves" (analysts and technical gurus) on Wall St. Review that I watch religiously every week. Caution is indeed in order, such that I've been increasing the cash position in my retirement account for months. In spite of the gloomy down trends in all the major indexes last week, it was good to see MRE rise and PM remain at 10 3/8ths.
OFF TOPIC: Doesn't BLD report its earnings this week? I'd like to see some chatter start under this thread. Harold

This must be a turning point because today I got a call from a broker suggesting moving out of blue chips and into " solid earnings growth secondaries". When I told him about PM he gave up the call saying I was already there!
Now, if we can get Acampora to shut up! WHEN the market turns around, expect a "V" bottom recovery. Still a little pain left. Sam
