You use out of date information...call the company and verify this for yourself....very strange, how many times you've been asked to make a simple phone call...you've even been given an 800 number, yet you refuse to phone...afraid of what you might learn???? And did you find out HOW the company's name change was entered in the state of Nevada???...most likely not...could it possibly have been a computer update showing ONLY the name change...A name change would HAVE to be immediate and not necessarily reflect other changes...ummm, could it be that perhaps changes to the filings take some time????....I've never gotten an immediate response to any agency when I've made requests...have you??? And yes, Janice, I have to agree....you are being exceedingly tiresome.
