Thats just about right. And that is the way it will trade every day +/- a point from SAP/DAX closing price.

It would seem that some big event could move the price of an ADR if the ADR market was open and the home market was closed. If both markets were open, the arbs would keep prices very close.How could arbitrage work if one market is closed except by altering the price in the other? I welcome comments by those who are familiar with this subject. I only own two ADR 's and both are such long term investments that inter market conditions don't concern me, but I would like to be educated on the subject.
