Yes George all 5 and its not uncommon with BB type company's. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. The proof of their actions is right there in black and white. The market maker to sell the shares is responsible for executing the trade, the attorney writing an opinion letter that is not legal, and is a violation of the rules that your boys filed for.

Good Morning, would use an an analogy: intentional car crashes:
the people who crash into another are involved, the attys are involved, the Docs are involved and the insurance agent is
involved. While it isn't pretty such is life, we have a number of
people based on the posts this weekend heads up on this issue, as
ever am confident that as we all work together, it will be history
