Though I appreciate your response you still have not answered my question: What evidence do you have that Omar was an officer in one of Burditt's offshore companies? And which company might that be? If you cannot answer these questions then you should be cautioned against making false statements.

As I understand it Omar was fired by you.

I am not defending Burditt but I am suspicious of your filing Chapter 11 since there are so few receivables and almost no debt. It will take some fancy footwork to convince the bankruptcy judge to accept your petition for Chapter 11.

I am happy that you are recovering assets improperly removed from Oilex. But if those assets were re-payment for loans made to Oilex and the problem rests with improper accounting for loans payable and loan re-payment then those assets are not Oilex property.

I hope you are successful in unravelling the BT Energy Group deal. That deal is the most troubling one to me as it involves the wholesale removal of Oilex assets.

I welcome your attempt to apply the business model that was in place but not being successfully fulfilled when you assumed control of Oilex.
