All of Ontario is on holidays to day (Simcoe day). No one is around to buy or watch their stop losses. I would say the price was artificially pushed low to shake the trees and pick up some cheap shares. When the owners of those stop losses get back from the cottage, they are going to be some ticked off. Hope they are catching some fish at least.

IMHO Jittery investors, the news about the Canadian Economy, the CDN dollar opening at 66 in London and the Toronto exchange being closed for Holiday all played a part in it. Also, the MSE was having problems with options quotes on CGI this morning...
