To All, The audit is still in progress. But due to the work load of the auditors and little issues like the settlement with Russo and the stock issued the audit has taken 4 months longer. I believe it is very close to completion. The company will not give another date for the release right now for one simple reason. Who would believe them. But it will happen. The SEC attorney being used by the company is filing all the papers to make them a reporting company. And this is on track for 3rd quarter. Though we don't have all the facts, keep in mind this is a real company. Which has grown tremendously over the past year. And there is much more to come. And they do have a nice nitch market and a real product. EOM cd
