If the split is to take place next week, how do they arrive at the new price? Is it taken from the date of the announcement or from fridays closing.

So, NAMX goes the way of many penny stocks. This is not an uncommon move (reverse split) and the hopeful shareholders usually lose while the insiders continue on their merry way. Why anyone would want to go back for more after the split is beyond me! If you feel any company has treated you as a shareholder unfairly it will make you feel a lot better to file a complaint with the new SEC internet enforcement division. sec.gov It only takes a few minutes.
