Hi Matthew, It is HOT and muggy down here but what can you expect from a tropical paradise? You should be able to get those crawdads at the fish market up there. Just fry them up and WALAA! Try them boiled with a little pasta and some CDM Olive oil. :) Now news from Olive yet but do you think WILLIAMI is on track this time?
