When it is all said and done. The technology will prove to be genuine and we will all win.

Just a guess, but news can not be far away. Could be just around the corner.

>>Q. Did Mike Skillern help his father commit fraud in 1991?<<
Why no record in the eyes of the court, then? Explain.

Surely you're joking. His admission of tampering with the computer program is on the transcript of the trial.

And forget the "politically inflammatory" aspects of the Frozen Babies debacle. The technology didn't work, though the company claimed it did.

Shall we instead turn to the question of the proposed acquisition of Physical Therapy? I believe there was subsequently a lawsuit.....

You are either in extreme denial, or you are simply extremely dense, or perhaps both.

As perspicuously indicated in the articles posted by Janice, Mike Skillern willfully conspired with his father to commit insurance fraud. He then BETRAYED his father in open court in exchange for leniency. Why would anyone in his/her right mind invest in a company controlled by such despicable vulture?

If he could do that to his OWN FATHER, can you imagine what he would do to CYGS shareholders just to advance his own interests?
