The merger with Benchmarq is now official. We are down today but hopefully this is due to the general market condition and not the news.

hi, Dave, thanks....please don't kill me, but, given the action in the depr. techs, I rec'd. taking the calls options Gains in UTR (from 11- to 13+) on Thu./Fri., when it seemed to form a S.T. double-top, and others of similar ilk were breaking, so we had to sell to preserve capital....UTR was a nice, quick big % gain for my NL people, and when/if UTR pulls back again towards the 11. area, will keep it in mind....gotta be nimble in this market, with no attachments, as I teach in my materials, and UTR continues to act stronger than other depr. techs, of course, being up, while others are down, but I had to get out....best wishes, please keep in touch....we also took big gain in SMOD, in similar technical pattern, and cut a few losses as well....no sweat....onward and upward....

Anyone still watching? New announcement, BMRQ merger seems to be going OK--are we nearing time for a entry? I haven't been watching anything other than the price closely for a few months. UTR seems a great buy, but then, what isn't in the small cap world these days (nervous chuckle.)
