I again call for Global to release a FAX copy of the signed licensing agreement for shareholders to review. I have tried calling Gary but am unable to get through. This Napeage letter is getting too hard to ignore. I am not satisfied with an email to mcle saying he will call Bob Davis (that cuts us out of the loop). We are the company's investors. I would like to see an official repudiation from the Dominica finance minister published in the independent saying he has signed the licensing agreement. Without one or the other we are heading for problems.

Gary, how about an email post - show us the goods.

Gary should scan and post signed copy of agreement...

IMO, Gary needs to scan the signed agreement into his computer, post it on a web page, and then email the URL to an SI member.

I just sent him an email asking him if he would do this.
