ASND will not be an independent company for long. It has too much to offer the larger fish in the telecomm/networking pond. If not LU then someone else...though the fit with LU is just too good.

Especially now they have a credible IN platform in their portfolio which Lucent may want. Looking at this little snippet of the Stratus website indicates they're pal's with LU already.
