The more info about the Psygnosis thing, the more the stock goes down...Still, volume is so little that I don't know whether to be concerned...Looks like big sellers haven't come in, though lack of buying makes sense until more info is out there.

gamerscentral.net

This site has some info on Daikatana. They say that it is now using Unreal engine and is scheduled for October...Looks pretty nice...

Read an articls in PSExtreme that the ceo of Psygnosis left. They said he and SOny "failed to see eye to eye on how the autonomous and multi-format Psygnosis should be taken forward" Evidently Sony wasn't too happy with them making games for other formats. Soooo...if a deal is made, it will likely be made with an agreement that the new company, Eidosis :) would be restricted to making Sony games. I am not to crazy about that prospect. Still, it should be known that the PSX 1) is Sony's best selling product ever 2) was more profitable in the last year than Sony's music and movie divisions combined 3) is outselling N-64's in Japan at a rate of 5 to 1. This is important because, for the first time EVER, we may see the top game console maintain its prominance generation to generation. That is Sony is likely to everything it can too keep the profits rolling in, and to make PSX2 a smash. So being aligned with them may not be a bad thing.

Still, the CEO and co-founder leaves. Not good. The potential for being limited to a single console. Not good. Then again, it's a wee bit early to start worrying... :)
