So Airstar is currently racing towards 18 million shares in the float. Joe Lanza has no shares. Indian Wells Investment Company has about 600,000 shares. By my math, that is around 3%. Mario's attorney swore to him that all the necessary filings will be out this week. Since there is no activity in Topnet, it is not a big deal. Mario and I both want the proper disclosure. The delay could be because of the bill? However, David King promised, and Mario has stated he will call him three times a day to make sure the filings get done. Now it appears Mork owns 3% of Mr. Lanza's company. Good Day RBM
