Hi everybody - My apologies for not posting for a while. John Cathcart wanted me to post a message to you so you know that we are still working on this. He is working jointly with Charles Bankes and Robert Wayne on accumulating shares. We are building up numbers of share/pledges to use as power of voting and for whatever other legal issues that may come up. When you pledge your shares, there is no way that they will be taken away from you for any of these purposes. Just having your pledge and the number of your shares, gives us certain authority to use the numbers in whatever legal sense we can use them. If there are still any of you who have not pledged your shares, please contact John (or Robert or Charles or me) When we get just 10% of the total shares, we will have enough clout to demand a private meeting with IPM, and talk face to face, to ask all the questions we've all been asking for so long, and especially, why they've been keeping us in the dark on everything. We still need the pledges of shares from the large stockholders and the Institutions whom we are still trying to contact. I hope everyone still has some hope left. John and the others are doing their best, and all they can to try to give us back our investments. If we do nothing, we will surely lose it all.
