Hi Don, While I missed your 'Teams in Hock' piece early this month, I saw you on camera today interviewing Sky Dayton re Earthlink. Good feature. When I was 26, why didn't I get into a business like that? Bad timing. When I was 26, there was no Internet. But I missed the opportunity to build a big customer service business, solving people's support problems on how to use the new Texas Instruments 12-button, 6-function $500 portable calculators. What are you working on next for CNBC? Toby
