Mystifier; I suggest you email Scott at strategic612@msn.com, and I have two numbers to refer you to (both will get you in contact with ir) - 888-338-3367 and fax 612-452-6138. When emailing and faxing, include TCBG as the subject heading. They will send you the fax on demand created before June 1st which includes eps (this of course all before recent announcements as of that date). Beyond that, I have received prompt replies as to product requests and questions, but I refrain from asking anything directly about the financials, because I know such a question would be superfluous. As for the float size, I didn't realize that the header to this thread was wrong, and nor did I read it until today. I always knew that the current float was somewhere in the area of 10mil. There was an understanding to this way back in the 100 or 200 post range I believe. With an 10 mil. float, this is by and large considered very small, and proven further by how far apart the mm's can adjust the range of the bid and ask at times. The fact that management owns a great deal of shares - close to 3/4 of the current float (relation wise), indicates to me how dedicated they are in bringing the product to fruition and understanding what its successes will be - tremendous! Very rare for any company, and even more so for one trading OTC. Cav, good of you to bring this up once again for the newbies, but not at all as alarming as perhaps you are making it out to be. Mark; I wish you would refrain from attempting to figure out margins and such - quite futile at this point. One thing we all know I'm sure, is that margins are particularly tight in this type of industry, and that this is all based on production and volume. We don't know the overhead, nor the cost of producing such a product, but I can assure you, in order for Wal-mart to be interested, they have to be granted a fair price in order to mark up the product accordingly, and as Jon stated, TCBG will have their own "very nice" intial mark-up to work with. What this means is anyone's interpretation. Let's wait for the financials. Perhaps find out exactly what the margins are for a Kraft/Capri-Sun pouch, and then minus a great deal of overhead and production time, and you might arrive at a relative figure for the TCBG pouch.
