It's an accounting game (read gimmickry). It will be reported in losses from discontinued operations/operations to be divested. The best example is statements from WR Grace from 2995/1996 when they ahd a biz to be divested for a long time. The losses are Ascend's but are not shown as core earnings. I agree with you that it is all a game though.

Gary, I know you're very concerned about the integration of SRA and the potential cost of that, but have you considered the potential revenues from the existing clients that SRA deals with. All of a sudden, ASND has an "in" with a bunch companies that in the past, it had no contact with. This might be the bolster that we were looking for in ASND's sales force.
