Jim: If you look at the "FMMG Research Highlights" it states Shares of 47,633,400 now that report was about 7/98' or so. The reported Float by MDIN of the time to "FMMG" was 4,703,000 ! ! Well if the TA ah, says there are 28,800,334 that sir is a diffrence of 24,097,334 shares that should not be in the float. --Well the "FMMG" Report it states: (This material was prepared by FMMG for the company discussed herein, based upon information supplied by the client or other soruces believed to be reliable.
