Any comments on the IBM announcement? I was wondering if this might accelerate their commitment to small line width designs in conjunction with this process:

NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- IBM Corp. (IBM) is expected to announce Monday it has perfected a new process that will make computer chips up to 35 percent faster while using less power, The Wall Street Journal reported Monday. IBM believes it has at least a one-year headstart on the competition for the silicon-on-insulator process. The faster and more efficient chips would cost about 10 percent more than regular chips if IBM can work out kinks in the manufacturing process, the Journal said. The chips could significantly extend the battery life of laptop computers, cell phones and other devices.
