Regarding: Message 5395978

Please excuse me, I am trying to do some DD on MVEE:

This is the closest I was able to get to finding anything on the internet about North American Health and Fitness Corp. (OTC BB:NAFT):

lycospro.lycos.com

I got the same result plus this same SI thread when I searched for Californian Athletic Clubs

Finding history on the stock of North American Health and Fitness Corp. (OTC BB:NAFT) was even more difficult:

quote.yahoo.com

The news release : Message 5395978

mentions a company named "Legacy Films." This is the closest I could get to finding a company on the internet called "Legacy Films":

legacyfilms.com

But this company does not list "Grizzly Mountain" and "The Sports Bar" in any of its release between 1996 and 1998.

At this website Legacy Films is described a theathrical company:

grandtalent.com

I did find this:
newsday.com

But I cannot tie any of this information together.

Businesswire.com will not let you search back more than seven days for news. How did you get that news release? Message 5395978

Capitalism, you are either one very resourceful person or very creative. I perfer to think resourceful, but I can't find a way to tie this information together.

I guess I will have to search a while longer before I can verify this:

"The management team of North American Health and Fitness has extensive experience in building companies through acquisitions and has the financial backing to pursue an aggressive acquisition strategy."

I'll keep you updated.
