John
The slide in the stock price was started as a result of massively inflated expectations for the J/L process. That was in no way connected to Sid. For all practical purposes, it has a been a relatively constant slide downwards from the 10 dollar level. The last leg was percipatated by the Comments from Ledoux suggesting that they may walk away from their prior numbers, also not something that would be a reasonable occurrence for a President to expect or plan for.

I base my judgements upon how things have been handled in the interim. This company could have easily folded under the dual pressure of the LeDoux fiasco, and the "alternative management" free for all.

I think that if Sid had followed the course of action prescribed by some posters (such as yourself and Al C) It would have exacerbated the situation and probably caused the tents to fold. JMHO.
