Gary P Goodin: Fact is DAY was at $1.063 close on 6/19 and MDIN was .30

Today Day is at Friday close of $00.563 and MDIN was at a Friday close of .15

They are even from the fall of 6/19 to Friday. Now if MDIN moves would it
be to rase the stock so that Canada buyers who are out today can buy at
a much higher price come Tues? hmmmmm intresting with the fact that news
can come at any day. Very intresting market plan,,,,This is not a Business Plan IMO.

Regards,
Jim...

P.S. Kevin: NPEC Fair Market Value is now at $2,892,546 just in the holdings of MDIN
and there 20% ownership in the Chile projects. That seems to be odd with it at .026 cents
a share when the rest of the business value is not included. You see
with 89,885,246 shares out at $00.026 it's fair market value is $2,337,016 total. Should
that not be more like ah, double the present value with telecom, oil, gold project,
Pattened Process on Gold, a silver mine etc. hmmm I wonder if MDIN will ever be that
low? in a Fair Market Value % as NPEC was brought down to?????
