Dear Howard:

No offense but I really don't need to call you in London, England to find out what's going on! I read the daily news as well as anyone. I'm really not the person on this thread making assumptions. I am only aware of the facts.

The only thing that I want to know is:
Is the current lawsuits against Lytton and New Indigo going to hold up the results of the recent mini-bulk sample? And the next person to give me an answer better be Glenn Laing!!!

Regards,

Jeffrey

Dear Mr Miller:

Following your message to Mr Lockwood I tried unsuccessfully to fax you and eventually sent you a personal message through SI, asking for additional comments to be returned by the same method. I have heard nothing and must assume therefore that:

a) you didn't get my message.
b) you got it and didn't notice it because it was not public.

c) you got it and don't intend to wnswer.

I am a shareholder of both LTL and NDR and curious to learn what you had to say for such sharehlder consumption???

If faxing is easier for you my Fax # in Canada is 604-946-7456

Thank you

Trev.
