Cashco Management Partners With Microsoft

PHILADELPHIA (Aug. 3) BUSINESS WIRE -August 3, 1998--Cashco Management
Inc. (OTC BB: CSHK) announced today its acceptance as a Startup in
Microsoft's MSDN (Microsoft Developer Network) ISV (Independent
Software Vendor) Program.

As a member of the program Cashco can expect to receive both
technological and business assistance from Microsoft. Cashco submitted
its Year 2000 Analysis and Remedy program 11th Hour to Microsoft for
review.

Commenting on the announcement, Alan Laffkas, president and CEO of
