I think you could expect launches far earlier than 1 year out of both Delta and Soyuz. There is "play" in the Delta launch schedules(remember how screwy it got when Iridium and G* were both delaying every other day for weeks?). I would not expect anywhere near a year delay.

Soros bought 8.4 million shares in the Loral transaction. What hasn't been noted is that Stanley Druckenmiller, a Soros fund manager/partner has added another 440,000 shares to that in one of the funds he runs. That is encouraging.
