I received a PM from SI a while ago asking for info regarding earnings reporting dates. I found the following site, hope it helps

Brad:

Concept for a new feature.......

It would be great if one could clone or copy a portfolio. The portfolios, once public, will increasingly be used to follow performance (or document it) by a variety of users. I've started a portfolio using $100K.........

techstocks.com

I have not yet sold anything, given that it was only established a couple of days ago. When I do sell something, it will be a pain in the rear to document past positions and original capital.

If one could copy portfolios and assign a new name to the copy, it would save a bit of effort for lazy guys/gals (that is, I could easily recreate the portfolio and assign a second name for it). I think that this shortcut might increasingly be a convenient tool.

Thanks for consideration, Rick

Brad - What's the story on getting prices posted for a given stock? Perhaps you've answered this before (numerous times?), in which case you can just give me a link.

Specifically,
1) Since we can get Cdn stocks in our portfolios, why not on a message page?

2) Since you guys have plenty to do, is there anyway you can give us some power to implement price displays, eg when a company changes it's exchange or ticker symbol, or when a new thread is started for a company? Perhaps this ability would be granted only to the creator of a thread.

Thanks much,
Pete

Brad, I have another wish list item....

It would be great if we had the option of a "do not accept private messages from the following people" type of check off. Under options now, we only can choose to accept none or all private messages.

Is my request possible? I have used such a feature in many places on the web, but I don't know how much of a technical nightmare it is for you to implement.

Thanks for any consideration.

Len
