It looks like they may have forgotten the Investment Securities Company part of the business. As reported Wednesday, Mork, through an entity called Magellan Litigation Services Inc., filed a lawsuit against Olympus, charging the company with fraud and stock manipulation. In addition to defamation, Olympus is charging the defendants with unfiar business practices and conspiracy. In a press release Thursday, Olympus said that while it has not been served with the complaint, it believes the allegations are "entirely without merit." Olympus alleges that Dempsey Mork maintains a short position in Olympus stock and has published false and defamatory statements against the company in to lower its stock price. Olympus alleges that false and defamatory statements were published through a national wire service, and posted on the Internet for the improper purpose of influencing the price of Olympus Ventures Inc. common stock. The company further alleges that Dempsey Mork has established a short position in Olympus stock, and is seeking to disrupt the company to cause the stock price to decline in order to cover his short position. The company also alleges that in furtherance of Mork's effort to disrupt the company, he, thru an entity named Magellan Litigation Services Inc. has purportedly filed a lawsuit against Olympus and its officers. While Olympus has not been served with the complaint, based on the company's review of the press release issued by Magellan, the company believes the allegations against Olympus and its officers are entirely without merit. anyone, I think everything that could possibly have been dreamed up has been, except one. No, I am not Riley, but, as bmart and others create their conspiracy theory which includes anyone that does not agree with RMIL management, or are a major brokerage, they left out the most obvious connection, and I am surprised it did not come out in the Graystone, bmart posts. Riley as a former police officer had a manuel.(sp) Asensio's first name is Manuel. Is Asensio Riley? <s>
