According to the SEC, P&D means a company pays brokers, market markers, and stock promoters for pumping its stock, then insiders are selling.

When I hear any company may be associated with P&D, I sell!!!

Next time, be careful about what you say. Definitely, you hurt many shareholders of GBIT. I understand you meant this newsletter is classic buy low and sell high, not P&D.

James

GBIT....don't worry...it will be fine with time INVESTORS

Lots of people ARE in at lower levels and there is still some shorting and manipulation although that is rapidly
lessening.

This same thing happened in TGSK a few months ago, which sat at $.85- $1.30 for 2-3 months and then finally
took off. What is heartening is the strong volume, even if some of it is double printing by the mm's. Steady
volume means lots of investors are getting in at higher levels and replacing those at lower levels. The average
price is moving up. Rest assured, there are so few stocks with a positive PE ratio and expanding sales that this
is a bargain, imo.

TGSK reached $3.125 and it is not even NASDAQ. GBIT will take time, but should do the same thing. Just
remember the quality you have here. I would not trade ANY $1.50 I know of for this stock. Would you?
