To anyone who wants to identify a current employee of IPM that resembles
a small burrowing mammal with tiny eyes and a narrow snout. This person
most likely will have a small congenital growth on their skin, usually
raised and hairy.
I include a list of employees of IPM taken off IPM.COM, and I would like
it very much if any mining savy person could explain what the functions
of these people are in the quest for IPM to be successful. Also, if
you reconize anyone here, and be a character reference pro or con,
please do so in a way that you will not be lieabile or suided.
On tv we all seened stories of good people making a a mistake like
gambling or drugs which causes them to expose themselves to be open
to do terrible things they normally would not do.
Its not on tv yet, but a real life possibility might be a person helping
bad people rip away a group of investors investment in a gold mine.

Paunch, Charles. I assume you know there is a special format you must follow when gathering votes for the 10% to call a special meeting. Expect the company to scrutinize each proxy form and you might also find that a few proxies have been superceded. What this means is they will get several of their friends to give you proxies for, say 500,000 shares. You will go ahead and get the ten % and then those 500,000 will get cancvelled at a critical time and you will lose critical time.

There are many books on hostile takeovers of publicly trade companies. How to do it, how to stop it, what all the dirty tricks are etc, you need this data, try a search on Amazon, as I am sure the pros will use all the tricks against you.
