I have no problem with Global Games keeping the contract confidential as there is undoubtably information contained in it that should not be released to GLOWs competitors. However that does not stop global games from issuing a press release stating the facts surrounding the signing of the contract, date signed, length, other companies involved, who signed the document for Dominica, etc. The fact that Global Games has issued nothing is in and of itself, suspect. These are serious allegations and should be verified immediately. Global Games is only to quick to issue a press release on everything else.

Kevin, I think we're all looking for the truth. However, asking the ceo of a company to prove that his last press release wasn't a lie is a little much. Next time Microsoft announces a deal, see if Bill Gates will fax you a copy of the contract.
