Nope. Wildcatted me a few dry holes for my trouble. I guess someone in the MSFT PR department dropped the ball in coordinating the announcement today. Their servers must not be updated as quickly as MSFT says. Or maybe the application hasn't actually been posted on line to MSFT yet.
