smarty, why do you think a big cap stock like CA can be manipulated? i doubt the specialists can keep the price down since this is still a liquid stock. the fact that CA is making a new low everyday seems to suggest that many funds are unloading their positions. i am afraid that another shoe will drop in the near future.
