WGR wouldn't have given RIS an extension if the deal was going bad...I think they and the UP boys have a master plan for this game. We have to see how RIS finds the $$$...sell stock (UP/PNEG), equity finance, share dilution....equity finance looks good now (and for us) with the RIS and UP share prices low.

Regards,

Ultra....RIS baby!!!!!

NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- September natural gas fell 2.3 percent Thursday afternoon amid a bearish weekly supply report from the American Gas Association. Late Wednesday, the AGA reported an increase of 70 billion cubic feet in U.S. natural gas supply, adding to the significant year-over-year surplus. Analysts expected an increase of 60 billion to 80 billion cubic feet. Natural gas supplies are 20 percent higher than the same period a year-ago due to a mild winter and cool spring. September natural gas fell 4.3 cents to $1.83 per BTU on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

I think I saw that WGR did not meet street expectations on earnings TM. Well, hold I guess. Maybe we can increase that supply some more!!!
