Magic Entertainment, Inc. Announces Start Date of Filming for Delta Force One

NEW YORK--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--July 27, 1998--Magic Entertainment, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of 1st Miracle Group, Inc. (OTC BB: MVEE), today announced that it has started pre-production on its next film, Delta Force One.

Set to star in the film is Mike Norris, the son of Chuck Norris who starred in the original Delta Force, Gary Daniels, John Rhys-Davies, and Bentley Mitchum, the grandson of film legend Robert Mitchum. The film will begin shooting on August 9, 1998 in Israel.

Delta Force One is the story of a new generation of the Delta Force commando unit which is called into action by the U.S. government when a United Nations peacekeeping patrol is taken hostage by a powerful Middle east Arms smuggler known only as "Ivan" (Rhys-Davies). Ivan has stockpiled an array of
nuclear and other weapons of mass destruction and intends to use the peacekeeping patrol as leverage to increase his power and prevent an attack by U.S. forces. The Delta Force is dispatched on a top-secret mission to rescue the hostages and destroy Ivan, with the consequences of failure being
the possible nuclear annihilation of the Middle East.

The film's script was written by Peter Welbeck and will be produced by Menahem Golan and Yoram Globus on behalf of Magic Entertainment.

Commenting on the announcement, Menahem Golan, co-chairman of Magic Entertainment, stated, "We are extremely excited about bringing back the Delta Force action series. The original Delta Force, which starred Chuck Norris, was extremely successful as were the sequels. Given the loyal fan following the action series built over the years as well as the fine cast we have assembled, we are confident that Delta Force One will be a runaway hit."

Magic Entertainment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of 1st Miracle Group, Inc., was co-founded by Menahem Golan and Yoram Globus to produce and distribute feature length motion pictures.
