*** TALKED TO BOB DINNING ***

I called this morning and they were not in, however Bob Dinning
returned my call 1 1/2 hours later. They are busy moving their office
upstairs in the same building they are in.
These are my words as best I can relate the 25 min. conversation. Please call Bob if you care to verify or clarify. 1-604-681-8656

1. Bob, what is going on with the Web Site ?
We have contracted with a new company to manage this since the
company that was doing it wanted a full year contract and we had
planed to move it along with updating to provide for auto respond email and some other improved features. We thought it was only going to be a couple of days but not so. It will be back up soon, probably with some more news.
2. What is the situation with new funding ?
We have a commitment for new funding (financing)
contingent on our doing certain things. We expect to meet those
conditions.
3. What is status of the Washington test.
This is going on now. We estimate it will run over a time period of
about 3 months. Samples will be taken and the results will be submitted for EPA approval. This will allow us to market the process and machines without having to go through extended testing with each
contract or client.
4. Who is the European Group involved in the rubber process ?
It is a University doing the research and a group ( consortium ) of
private investors. This will be an extension of the current capabilities on the market at present. Much finer than 75 microns. Not sure what all of the applications will be.
5. Where are we on the Wood Chip machine sale ?
The contract is done and we are building the Machine now. Still not
sure of the total potential or scope of this market.

To All: I have spoken to these people numerous times and I have
absolutely no reason to doubt their capability of success. This is a real company with a staggering degree of potential. It is not a get rich quick type of Product or Company. It will take time to continue to develop and establish their position in each of the numerous potential markets that are available to them with this technology process. IMO _______
