all--

uh oh...management shakeup...not good news....time to panic<G>.

no, not really. it doesnt sound like that big a deal. i guess we need to wait for additional info.

christian...you said we might be buying the stock too soon. you didnt tell us not to buy, you just said that. get over it. besides, if the stock goes to 35, does it really matter whether you are in at 15 or 16?

its just not enough to loose sleep over or to miss the opportunity altogether.

good luck to all,
trey

About 4 months ago, there was a press release by VLSI (or something like a press release) that had not mentioned Rich Beyer as the president and COO. I called the company and they told me it has been a mistake and then they had another PR to clarify the mistake. Now I am thinking, perhaps they were testing the water?! Rich Beyer is credited for the VLSI's transition from PC to current mix. This does not look like a good news! However, looking as the VLSI's balance sheet, as long as they are in black the book value (which is rich in cash) gets higher. And that will support the stock in short term. Long term, strong management is a precondition for health of the company. I need more info for further analysis.
