I have no clue how they are trading.

Well, one week and one day after the rights started trading, they showed up in my account (short, of course). Symbol is SIEBR. I wish Datek had been a bit faster, as the rights had been trading under where they are now for most of that time.

Now, the question is, can I simply hold on to them for another 2 weeks, and allow them to expire worthless. My feeling is no, that I will eventually be forced to buy in, possibly at a higher price if they can orchestrate a squeeze.
