Mark: Changing the game on me! I think you are stepping away from another precipice. Let's just talk recent history as you suggest. First, I don't believe that the information contained in the press release is all the information the Company has UNLESS Sid is a complete idiot (which I do not think is the case). But even assuming arguendo (as my legal brethren will do) that the lame statement contained in the press release is all the information the Company has consider this. How the hell is Ledoux going to walk away from the Company at this point? Ledoux has provided CERTIFIED assay numbers which are now in some doubt. If they don't stand with us they are sure to be on the other side of the "v." as in Naxos v. Ledoux in very short order. The company is in the driver's seat and should be dictating terms to Ledoux. For example, "This is when we'll have the answers." " This is when you will clarify your statement, etc." Assuming that they created the ambiguity if you believe the Company's account, how Ledoux resolves it is their problem. Despite what you have repeated ad nauseum, to borrow your phrase, there ARE things Ledoux can be doing and saying to ameliorate the situation. I've suggested several previously. I'm not saying they will completely resolve the situation at this moment but it could help the Company's credibility and reassure shareholders that they have not been scammed. "Balls to the wall" "high pressure" is the approach you take when someone has either negligently or fraudulently screwed you over. Are we to simply sit back and wait for them to decide when to tell us? This is especially not wise when Ledoux has been working with this ore for so long already. The problem should not have arisen in the first place. Wasn't Ledoux responsible for making sure the check labs could replicate their results? Didn't anyone think to run a few tests to make sure the results would match in advance, ie that the check labs were following the proper protocol? You and I would have thought of that. Finally, let me pass along a little wisdom from one of my clients. This gentlemen is worth over $100 million. Whenever I fail to press his advantage in any matter I may be handling for him, he always reminds me of the advice he gives anyone who's in a situation similar to ours: "Pressure makes diamonds". In other words, there's nothing wrong with aggressively playing a winning hand. Its all about money, not friendship. Harsh maybe, but we've all got real money invested here. JLA
