No I don't touch options.

I have two primary strategies. First is scalping the NASDAQ big boys (CSCO, DELL, MSFT, INTC) using 5-min charts and pattern analysis (fibonacci retracements, sup/res, time of day & all the good stuff from my site). Probably 2-3 minute higher avg holding than the EDT crowd. But I'm finally going that route as well shortly.

Second is longer fibonacci and Raschke type set ups, dips, multiple time frame convergence. Almost no breakout stuff. These holds are 1-4 hours.
