Chuca, in some jurisdictions where ground is sure to be contetsed by many stakersm they enforce rules that make the staker actually make his own tour on foot to stake the ground. He is allowed some helpers for blazing but must start at the time it is declared open along with all the others and there are usually video tapers around.
When staking new ground where there have been no prior staked claims you can use mechanical aids like ATV or those vehicles you outline.
I do not know what rulke you have there. In Ontario when high demand land opens they enforce the time and personal stake post rounding rules by own effort. Feet, canoe, snowshoes, skis etc ar allowed.
Competitive stakers have their trained fast stakers to do this in Timmins and other camps.
